Meet Our Staff Member: Tim Frame

We are excited to introduce one of our newer team members at Fellowship Missions, Tim Frame, who serves as our Next Steps Coordinator. Tim brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping others as he works alongside the men at our mission and partners with the local community.

A Day in the Life of Tim Frame

Tim’s role at Fellowship Missions is dynamic, with his time split between our mission and the Kosciusko County jail. In the mornings, he is deeply involved in our programming, assisting residents with workforce development and housing. 

His afternoons were spent at the jail, collaborating with the Sheriff’s team to launch a new program that equips inmates with the resources they need as they prepare for release.

A Heart for Service

With over 15 years of experience working in non-profits, Tim joined Fellowship Missions in March of this year. His desire to continue serving the community drew him to our organization, where he felt he could make a meaningful impact.

The Best Part of the Job

For Tim, the opportunity to meet new people and face new challenges is what makes his role rewarding. He is continuously inspired by the resilience of those we serve and the vision of Fellowship Missions.

Learning and Growing

Tim has gained a deep understanding of the complexities of homelessness through his work. But what stands out most to him is the hope that Fellowship Missions brings to individuals, offering them a brighter future. “The impact Fellowship Missions has on people’s lives is truly amazing,” he says.

A Memorable Experience

One of Tim’s fondest memories is enjoying a football game and a round of golf with some of our residents, creating bonds that go beyond the walls of Fellowship Mission.

Fun Facts About Tim

If Tim could learn to do anything, he’d love to speak another language. And if he could have dinner with any fictional character, he’d choose Gandalf from The Lord of the Rings. For Tim, Gandalf’s unwavering desire to serve humanity and bring goodness to the world is inspiring.
