Special Event Volunteers
Throughout the year, Fellowship Missions participates in several events in the community in an effort to raise funds and awareness for homelessness in our community. Volunteers who help at special events fill a variety of roles and help with many different tasks as needed for the event.
From time to time, residents need transportation assistance. Volunteers who help with this will drive residents to specific appointments and meetings as needed.
Periodically, we need help with administrative tasks such as folding, stuffing. sorting and preparing mailings, filing, sorting & organizing donations, etc.
On a quarterly basis, volunteers may be asked to help deep clean the children’s playroom, the gathering room, and/or the kitchen. Twice a year, we also need assistance with deep cleaning the dorms and living areas.
Landscaping & Maintenance
We require the assistance of volunteers to help with landscaping and/or maintenance projects. This could include painting, light construction, etc.
