Reflecting On The Blessings Of 2023

General

This time of year, we love to reflect on our many blessings and look toward the coming new year with excitement. Your generous support allowed us to provide a place of rest and an avenue for life transformation for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and addiction in Kosciusko County.

In 2023, we served over 260 individuals. As a community, through generous donations and volunteers serving in our kitchen, we served over 55,000 meals.

While residents stay with us, they are enrolled in our Catalyst Life Skills Program and our Recovery Program prioritizing their overall well-being.

We hope you join us in celebrating the 142 individuals who acquired employment, and the 112 individuals who obtained independent housing this past year!

Gifts of Hope – 2023 Christmas Gift Guide

We are so humbled to serve the residents in our emergency shelter and witness their successes, however, there is an increasing need for services in our community. We hope you take a moment to look below at our Christmas Gift Guide, which empowers you to meet a specific need at Fellowship Missions.

Give the Gift of Shelter & Safety

Everyone who stays in our Emergency Shelter is provided with a bed, a safe place to stay, and three warm meals a day.

Meeting our shelter residents’ immediate needs is the first step toward restoration. Not having to live in fear without food or shelter empowers them to address the other circumstances in their lives that contribute to being unhoused.

  • $60 = 1 Night
  • $300 = 5 Nights
  • $600 = 10 Nights

Give the Gift of Recovery

We have seen how addiction and substance use disorder can destroy lives. At Fellowship Missions we provide resources and support to bring hope and solutions to individuals overcoming addiction and substance use.

  • $50 = 1 Recovery Bible
  • $75 = 1 Set of Recovery Materials
  • $500 = 1 Peer Recovery Training

Give the Gift of Life Skills

Life transformation comes from sharing the love and hope of Jesus Christ with others. At Fellowship Missions, we help residents become self-sustaining and meaningfully contribute to their communities by providing life skills classes, opportunities for community connection, and addressing long-term needs.

  • $10 = 1 Transportation Pass
  • $50 = 1 Set of Educational Materials
  • $150 = 1 Life Skills Training

Give the Gift of Long-Term Hope

Your generous donation of a recurring financial donation will make the biggest impact in the lives of our residents and program participants.

Ongoing monthly support empowers us to continue to bring hope and restoration in new ways to the most vulnerable in our community.

  • 50 monthly or $600 yearly
  • $100 monthly or $1200 yearly
  • $200 monthly or $2400 yearly

A generous person will prosper: whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.

Thank You

Without your generosity, we wouldn’t be able to continue helping those in our community struggling with homelessness or substance use disorder. Thank you for helping make a positive impact by donating to Fellowship Missions this year!

What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to him, “Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
